Attorney Jenna Hatch’s practice encompasses selective criminal law cases and all areas of family law with a focus on mediation. Jenna grew up knowing she would be an attorney and planned to follow her in her father’s footsteps. She joined Hatch Law in 2016 after graduating cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law. Prior to law school, Jenna attended Washington State University and received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy with an emphasis in ethics. Jenna is a detailed and thoughtful practitioner. Before each case, Jenna first works with her clients to understand the big picture – listening to each client’s situation and helping her clients decide what goals they want to achieve. Then, she begins the thorough planning and necessary work to meet those goals. Jenna understands that each case is unique and requires attention and dedication. In her family law practice, Jenna is equally comfortable when mediating or litigating contentious and complex dissolutions. Jenna also represents clients in select criminal law matters, especially those with co-occurring family law issues such as domestic violence, sexual assault protection orders, and alcohol related cases. Jenna approaches her criminal cases as a fierce, straightforward, and tenacious advocate. Prior to joining Hatch Law, Jenna worked as an intern at the Spokane City Prosecutor’s Office. Outside of work, Jenna is an avid football fan (Go Cougs!) and keeps active outdoors.
